The Clothing Face maintains full ownership of its products until full payment has been obtained.
Simply add your items to the shopping cart and on checkout; from the drop-down menu select your country. The checkout should calculate the shipping for you. If you’re unable to select your country please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery window.
All packages are sent via Royal Mail from our site in London, United Kingdom. We endeavour to dispatch goods ordered within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The normal delivery time for the package to leave our warehouse is:
• 2-3 working days to the United Kingdom
• 5 working days to Europe
• 10 working days to the remaining destinations
Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates that The Clothing Face gives for delivery, nor are we accountable for extra time required for delivery. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
LANDED COSTS, TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note, customers should refer with customs that the item they are purchasing is permitted. All online orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and any customs or import duties charged are solely responsible by that of the recipient of the parcel. The Clothing Face has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be.
There is no shipping on UK national holidays.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for your purchase, we greatly appreciate it. We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from www.theclothingface.com and but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your item(s) we are still here to help.
All sales are final. If you need any further clarification regarding your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Clothing Face are more than happy to exchange unworn, unused item(s) 14 days from the original purchase date only in the event of the following:
• Requesting a size exchange
• The product has a manufacturing fault
• The incorrect product was shipped
Return shipping is at the customer’s charge, unless otherwise stated. For your protection and piece of mind; we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a trackable method. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which delivery costs are not applicable. In the case of a replacement, please allow a further 7-10 business days after receipt for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order purchase to finalising your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.
